Excellent health productsWhen I bought this, I was skeptical about all the raving reviews but I was a little desperate to find some dietary supplements which would help me achieve my walking goals (I walk 7 miles on a regular day, 10 max). I’ve swallowed 2 pills everyday religiously for about 3 weeks now and I can tell you with 100% certainty I feel the difference. I have lots of energy in the morning from the moment I wake up. Before I’d always be in a bad mood at the end of the day for some reason but now I feel less stressed and my moods have changed for the better. I also noticed more bowel movements throughout the day. I read it can cause some constipation but that definitely wasn’t the case for me. I just drink plenty of water and have a high-fiber diet. The pills are a little on the big size so buyers take note. I know that the benefits outweigh these minuscule detail. At least for me it does.
